Descrierea ocupatiei:<\/b><\/span><\/p> Ocupa\u0163ia de m\u0103celar se refer\u0103 la activit\u0103\u0163ile de preluare \u015fi preg\u0103tire a animalelor pentru sacrificare, suprimare a vie\u0163ii animalelor, prelucrare ini\u0163ial\u0103 \u015fi final\u0103 a carcaselor de carne, ambalare, etichetare transport \u015fi depozitare a produselor \u015fi valorificare componente provenite de la ungulate domestice (animale din speciile bovin\u0103, porcin\u0103, ovin\u0103 \u015fi caprin\u0103, cabaline), p\u0103s\u0103ri de curte, lagomorfe (iepuri), v\u00e2nat salbatic, a c\u0103ror carne este destinat\u0103 consumului uman.<\/span><\/p> Activitatea se desf\u0103\u015foar\u0103 \u00een unit\u0103\u0163i specializate \u015fi autorizate sanitar veterinar \u2013 abatoare.
