Bun\u0103 ziua,<\/p>\n

V\u0103 inform\u0103m c\u0103, \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu data de 25 mai 2018, sunt aplicabile prevederile Regulamentului (UE) nr. 679\/2016, al Parlamentului European \u0219i al Consiliului Uniunii Europene, privind protec\u021bia persoanelor fizice \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal \u0219i privind libera circula\u021bie a acestor date \u0219i de abrogare a Directivei 95\/46\/CE (Regulamentul general privind protec\u021bia datelor).<\/p>\n

Totodat\u0103, v\u0103 aducem la cuno\u0219tin\u021ba, ca datele dumneavoastr\u0103 de contact se afl\u0103 \u00een baza de date a institu\u021biei noastre, fiind ob\u021binute ca urmare a unor interac\u021biuni anterioare \u00een calitate de cursant, poten\u021bial cursant, abonat al site-ului sau \u00een orice alt context \u00een care a\u021bi oferit datele dumneavoastr\u0103 reprezentan\u021bilor institutiei noastre. Av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere dispozi\u021biile Regulamentului general privind protec\u021bia datelor, trebuie s\u0103 v\u0103 exprima\u021bi consim\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul (acordul) cu privire la prelucrarea datelor dumneavoastr\u0103 cu caracter personal pe care le furniza\u021bi \u00een vederea acces\u0103rii\/furniz\u0103rii serviciilor oferite de catre institu\u021bia noastra prin intermediul platformei on-line.<\/p>\n

Refuzul dumneavoastr\u0103 de a v\u0103 da acordul cu privire la prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal care v\u0103 privesc conduce la \u0219tergerea contului, fiind astfel in imposibilitate de a beneficia de serviciile oferite prin intermediul platformei on-line a institu\u021biei noastre.<\/p>\n

Pentru a v\u0103 exprima consim\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul (acordul) cu privire la prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal trebuie s\u0103 intra\u021bi pe platforma on-line a FEG \u0219i s\u0103 ini\u021bia\u021bi procesul de logare pe platform\u0103.<\/p>\n
