Buc\u00e3tarul realizeaz\u00e3 preparate culinare dup\u00e3 diferite retete care s\u00e3 satisfac\u00e3 exigentele consumatorilor. \u00cen acest scop, el se ocup\u00e3 de preg\u00e3tirea produselor alimentare pentru g\u00e3tit. M\u00e3soar\u00e3 cantit\u00e3tile necesare, le amestec\u00e3 progresiv conform retetei, le pune la dospit, fermentat, copt sau fiert.\n\nDup\u00e3 ce preparatele culinare au fost preg\u00e3tite, urmeaz\u00e3 \u00eemp\u00e3rtirea lor \u00een portii. Buc\u00e3tarul utilizeaz\u00e3 \u00een activitatea sa diferite produse alimentare, unelte si masini cu ajutorul c\u00e3rora transform\u00e3 alimentele \u00een preparate culinare. Ca unelte si masini utilizate mai frecvent pot fi enumerate: cutite, sat\u00e2rul, robotul de buc\u00e3t\u00e3rie, masini de cur\u00e3tat si de t\u00e3iat zarzavat, masini de tocat, masini de amestecat, friteuza, cuptoare clasice sau cu microunde, agregate frigorifice.<\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
